It all really depends on when B/W happens. If it happens prior to
'Dopplegangerland' it's gonna come completely out of the blue without a single
prior hint of the merest possibility of Willow batting for the other team (so to
speak). Willow is someone he had known since they were both knee high to a
grasshopper, so a major life event such as a revelation of Willow's sexual
orientation is gonna stun him big time.
Knowing how Xander's mind works, he would blame himself somehow for Willow
not feeling comfortable enough to tell him she was gay earlier. In the early
seasons when things went wrong between Willow and Xander, Xander would blame
himself (his parents always told him he was worthless and a screw up and that
sort of thing gets deep into a persons psyche).
Xander's "little man" would LOVE the idea of his two best friends
getting it on (if Xander ever said that he'd never fanaticised about just that
then he'd be a bloody liar. Come to think of it, if ANY of our three Scoobies
ever said that they never fanaticised about a little ménage a
Scooby, then they're liars too).
Xander's heart might be a little broken (again depending on the
timeline) but nothing really major, although he WILL take great pleasure in
Angel's reaction :)
Xander's initial reaction? A stunned double take then the question
"Can I watch?"
The real test would be how the group dynamic changes. If it's like the late
season 3/ season 4 shutout then he's gonna be hurt (with some
justification).
IF he did lash out (a big if, it's very unlikely) then his target would be
Buffy (compare the number of times Xander has been seriously pissed off at Buffy
to the number of times he's been seriously pissed off at Willow). He'd say some
pretty nasty things to Buffy rather than do anything nasty (Buffy and Xander
have the biggest and best damn fights in the show). Any nastiness would die the
second he saw Willow tears.

Mmmm.... if you're not going to ship Xander with a Scooby or two (and
people should, damn it! He's a Scooby and Scoobies need Scoobies!) then who
would be best to ship him with?
