Why do you say that?  Just because Sarah didn't want to do a full TV 
series any more doesn't mean she didn't want to touch the character, 
ever again.  She's never said anything like that.  The reason she 
couldn't do that late season Angel episode (as lame as it was) was 
she was physically in Japan shooting The Grudge at the time.  Aly 
shot down the proposed Willow spinoff, too, remember, as did Eliza 
with the proposed Faith spinoff.  The daily grind of doing an 
intense hour long drama catches up after a while, so I understand 
how several cast members (Remember, ASH quit being a regular two 
years before the series ended) were ready to take a break after 
several years, do other projects, and spend some time with their 
families.

JM said the projects were a matter of getting the other three to 
commit (And I don't see Illyria, or Gunn, or Andrew, or whoever, as 
having enough of an audience to headline a movie project), 
suggesting that the other three aren't a given.  I'd guess they'd 
center around the four core characters of the Buffyverse, which 
would be Buffy, Willow, Spike, and Angel.  It's also worth noting 
that Buffy was given a subplot during the last season of Angel that 
made no sense, whatsoever, so there has to be a story, there.  
Sarah's primary concern about the series was always quality, so I'd 
guess what she'd mainly want is a great script and Joss writing and 
directing.  It may be a complete coincidence, but I couldn't help 
but notice that her period of discontent coincided with Joss 
spending most of his time developing and running Firefly.  It was 
her decision to end BtVS, when it was right artistically rather than 
keep the Franchise going for purely financial reasons until it was 
axed by the network.  And, judging from what happened to Angel, I'd 
have to say she made the right decision.  

So, I'd say Sarah can be gotten if the story's good.  Aly may be 
tricky, too, but I think TV movies would fit the sort of work 
schedule she wants.
