For sheer volume of chapters, there's always H. H. Douglas's "Immortal
Pair".  You can find it in our Files section.  Crossover with everything
you can think of.

Some good longer fics from the early days not yet mentioned include Pat
Kelly's "A Two Of A Kind Love" and its sequel "Becoming One" (best read
at Pink Rabbit), and Kimber's "The Roads" series (at various sites).

Also, I refuse to pass up a chance to pimp Janine's "Starlight", a
personal fave.  Just 16 chapters and an epilogue, but came to 72 pages
when I printed it out for a plane trip.  Might whet your whistle.
(Although her three-fic series beginning with "And It All Became So
Clear" might actually be longer.  You can read all of these at A Slayer,
A Hacker.)
