Call me crazy but I never really believed Anya was
dead.  She was a vengence demon again.  Remember Buffy
running her through with the sword and Anya, post
musical number, telling her she wasn't that easy to
kill?  Yes Anya got sliced and diced but I always
kinda thought she was in the same recovering state
that she was with the sword.  I can see Anya crawling
out of the pit that was Sunnydale, remarking that
humans always leave her, and going on about her merry
vengence demon way.
