I agree with everyone so far. Which might not make alot of sense, but 
reading more than one pairing can actually deepen the ability to write. 
Seeing a softer Faith or a harder Willow, or a less willful Buffy.

The change in emotions between the pairings is what makes them all better.

Well, considering the reason Kennedy is so unpopular, where even
non-B/W shippers see her as The Bitch That Came Between Buffy and
Willow, this would seem an opportune time for Wiffy.  That reaction
shows just how important the relationship between Buffy and Willow is,
even to people who have never considered shipping them.  It's a very
complex relationship, where the whole is stronger than the sum of it's
parts.  There's a lot to explore, there.  You can explore it on a
personal level, either through their friendship or as a romance.  You
can even get big and epic with it.  What's all that monkeying around
with each other's energy on a cosmic scale (Primeval, Bargaining, and
Chosen) done to them?
