Hey Mike McD,

Well, it's good to see it hasn't been forgotten in the lapses of time.  
Yes, there's more.  I'm in the middle of the next one and writing every 
day off I get.  There's a lot going on in this one, and if you remember 
The Game series, I'm a slow bugger.  But seriously, thanks for the 
interest and the push.
