'Angel' Discussion

Hello Everybody!

Oh my god, am I ever late!  I suffered a minor computer meltdown that left me bereft of internet access.  In the immortal words of Heather, "Fuck me gently with a chainsaw."  But now I'm back!

So here's the start of 'Angel' discussion.  One of the most anti-Wiffy episodes.  Why Buffy doesn't run away (and into Willow's arms) is beyond me.  But we can tear it apart in here and have fun that way.

So power up those DVD players and cringe through 'Angel.'

Just so you know, we'll be doing the commentary track for 'Angel' despite its lateness and it'll be available on The WD in a day or so.

Project Recap:
For those of you who have joined our little community since we started our project, here's what Buffy Replay is.

We're rewatching "Buffy: the Vampire Slayer" from the beginning, one episode a week.  We watch each new episode on Tuesday as an homage to the series' eventual time slot, but there is no set time for discussion; we discuss it over the entire week.  We're discussing the episode, not just its Wiffiness factor, but also as a Buffy episode in general, so feel free to jump right in and tell us what you think.  We're not big on ceremony here and the floor is open to all.  Remember, the series is over, so there'll be no spoiler warnings given.  We assume that everyone has already seen the episode in question.

The discussion is taking place here, in posts to BuffyWantsWillow, and on The WD section of the Wiffy-Board on Wiffy-Dreamverse.  The WD will keep the discussions available as an archive so future members can see what others have said about the episodes.  Well, BWW also stores the posts made here, but they're not as neatly sorted.  <grin>  We do ask that you use a specific subject line [Re: 'Angel' Discussion] for what you post here so everyone knows it's for Buffy Replay and which episode it's about.
