Actually, I think so.  Willow offered to tutor during sixth period and Buffy protested the location, not the time.  It implies that they share a free.  And, they are often shown together in the library during school hours, which also is an indicator.

And do they have the same classes every day?

In my middle and high school experience, class schedules were the same Monday through Friday.  It wasn't until college that I got different MWF and TT schedules.

But I never attended school in California, just several states in the northeast.  Someone who lived there may have had a different experience.
