Ok, I'm sorry if this is bad etiquette replying
to a message that is over a month old (if it is
PLEASE say something).  On with the opinions...
I think buffy loved angel with all her heart, but
she (like most of her relationships) is faced
with the fact that it can't work for one reason
or another.  I don't think she loved Riley, he
was safe, easy, and kinda dumb.  He was
everything that angel wasn't, and that was the
attraction.  Corn-fed Iowa boy that was "normal",
but boring.  As spike put it ever so eloquently,
"shagging captain cardboard".  When riley tried
to be a "bad boy" by paying vampires to suck his
blood (you would think it would be the other way
around) it so didn't work for him, and his excuse
was pathetic.  There's no way she loved spike,
even at the end of the series she didn't.  She
had grown to respect him, but she didn't love him
in the romantic way at all.  Season 6 she was
using him, it was clear.  
 I don't think buffy was jealous of oz, but she
wanted to cause him pain I think after he slept
with verucka (sp?).  I think she might have been
jealous of tara at first, but then she got over
it as soon as she saw how much in love they were.

 I don't know what to make of the whole faith
thing...that's just a very different thing.  Do I
think there was some sexual chemistry there? 
Yep, definitely.  don't think either one of them
wanted to admit to as much, though.  
 That's just my thoughts...albeit a bit late. 
And if that was in poor form, I'm sorry.
