IT'S CALLED FICTION NOT THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL.

Just like typing in all caps sometimes means yelling, or bad behavior, or
Satan warship. Ok I haven't got all my facts in about capital letters,
sometimes it just means the cap lock was stuck or the writer liked the look
or feel of capital letters.

(Yes I know the subject is purring) The point is, if the writer feels like
making Buffy purr on top of Willow and do the nasty, hey I am all for it. If
the writer feels it's not science and has Buffy not purr on top of Riley or
Dr Spock, well it's fine with me, but I won't plan on reading it. Buffy
Riley stories normally make me pray to the porcelain God.  

In short the more the writer uses his or her imagination the cooler I am
with the story. And it doesn't always have to be something I personally
like, but the writer hopefully isn't writing for me but for themselves.

Ok the writer could put all the facts into the story about how Cats and
Slayers have some brain pattern thing that makes them purr when happy or
what every. Working facts into a story is often a good thing. But Purple
snodsnuffs inserted in a acid trip moments are also fun. 

JUST DAMN IT GET BUFFY AND WILLOW HAVING WILD WILD WILD SEX, or at least
sweet hand holding moments. It's all about the Buffy and Willow. Thank you.
