Whoops!  I forgot, Mac users, if your having problems reading it, its 
most likely because you've losed the file type specifications. The 
easiest away around this is to use an application like SuperGetInfo 
http://www.barebones.com/products/super/index.shtml  (even the demo 
will work).

Change the file type from blank to TEXT, and the creator to CSOm

That's should get Eudora to recognize it immediately, since the file 
was create on Mac OS X.
