Hello Bynx!

An intriguing start.  There seems to be a ton of backstory so I am really looking forward to Buffy telling her story to Willow and the gang.  Can't wait to read your explanation for the vast changes to Buffy's appearance.  Scars are easy; a few inches of height aren't.

Your use of present tense as your writing style is unusual.  However, you do seem to be using it consistantly, which is a mitigating factor.  Just remember that, by starting this story in present tense, you are locked into using that through the end.

So far, great story.  Keep up the good work!
