I believe your question was answered by the DPSLGA when she banned
certain certain semi-retired scooter-tramp from nude jet ski racing
during a recent flood in the lower gutter regions.

Even though the floating Riley clones and dog paddling poodle boys were
run over three times (we do everything in triplicate here) to assure
their demise.

Yet our recreational pastime was ordered halted by the esteemed
Director. We have followed this ban "faithfully" certain trouble making
badgers and sun glasses wearing koalas consider themselves exempt by
reason of being wild forest creatures and not official gutter denizens.

We feel that since the Mad Poet's League are newcomers and should be
welcomed properly the ban on nude jet ski racing should be lifted.

Thank you for your time we now return you to your regularly scheduled
fanfics.
