What I think they were trying to say (even if it was rather hard to understand without knowing the
background of this) is that it is pretty much an in-joke of the list here.
Shadow started it, and came up with the idea of the SECoLGA (Senior Executive Committee of List
Gutter Affairs) first. She announced that she was the Director of Public Safety, and a few others
jumped on the train. Since then we've kept it running, added this and that, the Woods Outback became
a part of the gutter, and the participants of this got shape shifting abilities, and since then were
spreading mayhem here and there ;-)

I'm sorry we can't provide any help in reading past messages about this, the only site set up that
had at least the beginning of this has been taken back down by now (yes Kim, that's for you =P ),
but if you want to look for yourself, just take a run through the archives, and read anything that
doesn't look like fanfic, spoilers, or feedback, and you'll find a few messages. Not sure when
exactly this started, but it surely was a while ago. I think around the end of S4 or something, when
it got boring with only reruns.

And about the koalas and the red fox and the like, you have to read the Forrest stories that were
started by Shadowmage Sam as answer to a challenge from Shadow, where all from the show were animals
in the forrest. A few others have also written stories about this, but all in all, it's just here
for our amusement.
