There has actually been a story written about a similar situation - 
Riley got Faith pregnant and in all the body switching both Buffy and 
Faith ended up knocked up. It's an A/F story I think. It's 
called "Reciprocal" and is posted on the "Faithful" list (where there 
is much hostility at the moment due to a rather large spoiler being 
revealed in a subject line - don't go if you don't want to see it, 
it's turning ugly) I don't know if the story is posted anywhere 
else. It's quite angsty.
