1: It has been called to our attention that an APB has been sent out
calling for a search for the lost sanity of one, Quindo Ma. 
2: We at the QSBWA are forced to point out that since it is impossible
to lose something you never had how is it possible to have a search for
and consequently an APB. 
3: In the interest of justice, fairness, scientific curiosity, and not
wanting to leave our 1st annual year long Cotillion and Jungle Juice
Taste Extravaganza, we must insist on proof that the aforementioned
"sanity" ever in fact existed.
4: Any gutter residents welcome to present said evidence at our HQ
located in the very back of the dark side of the lower gutter.
5: We at the QSBWA would like to thank you all for the opportunity to
present our case.
