About fifteen minutes later Faith and Cordelia were back at Angel's 
room with their suitcases and other gear.Angel said guys i think we 
need to at least tell Xena what happened before we do anything.Willow 
said i agree with you Angel because if it wasnt for her and Gabrielle 
we wouldnt be up here.Cordelia said ok we will go by Xena and 
Gabrielle's room and tell them what occurred.

Four minutes after they walked out of Angel's motel room they 
reached Xena and Gabrielle's motel room.Buffy knocked on the door 
loudly enough to wake either Xena or Gabrielle quite easily.After two 
minutes without an answer Buffy said i dont think they are here or 
they would have answered already.Angel said well let me slide the 
note that was left underneath their door.Willow said wait Angel we 
need to write a note saying that our swords and other items were 
taken from us and we have gone to get them back.Cordelia said why do 
we need to do that.Willow said because there is certainly going to 
some angry people among Toronto's community and the note will enable 
Xena and Gabrielle to explain the situation so we dont get into 
trouble with the community.Faith said why dont we just go to the 
Raven and tell Jeannette or Michelle beforehand.Angel said we cant go 
to the Raven without a sponsor they will never let us in.Angel 
quickly wrote a note on the back of the piece of paper explaining 
what had happened and what they were going to do.Angel slid the piece 
of paper under the door and then they all headed for the elevator.

When they got to the vechicles Willow lowered the barrier and then 
they placed the suitcases in either the trunk or backseat of 
Cordelia's car.Willow climbed onto the motorcycle behind Buffy,Angel 
and Cordelia got into the car,and Faith got onto her motorcycle.Buffy 
and Willow rode out of the parking garage first and the others 
followed them.About seven minutes later they came upon the drive inn 
theatre and they pulled into the lot.

A little while later Faith looked over at Buffy and said when are 
they supposed to be here.Buffy said they should be here anytime now.A 
few minutes later a van that Buffy,Willow,and Cordelia recognized 
pulled into the lot.Buffy and Willow got off the motorcycle and they 
walked right into the van's headlights so they could be seen.Bernard 
recognized them and he told the van's driver to pull up alongside 
them.Bernard rolled down the window as the van approached 
them.Bernard said before we unload we need the payment.Willow pulled 
out several barrabonds and showed them to Bernard.Bernard smiled and 
he said hey unload the stuff.The van's side door slid open and two 
people wearing masks and coats so no one would know their description 
placed several duffel bags onto the ground.Faith stepped forward and 
one of the people pulled a pistol and aimed it at her.Faith said 
before we pay i want to see what we are paying for.Bernard said thats 
acceptable and Faith opened up the duffel bags one at a time.Faith 
looked at Buffy and she said there are a number of guns of different 
types,cases of ammo,kevlar coats,assortment of grenades,and 
nightvision gas mask combos.Willow walked up to the passenger window 
and she said how much do they cost.Bernard told her how much and 
Willow gave him some barrabonds.Bernard counted the barrabonds and 
made sure how much each of them were for.Bernard said hey there is 
seven thousand too much.Willow said tell your boss to put the 
remainder on our account in case we ever get back up this way.Bernard 
said well it was a pleasure doing bussiness with you.The two people 
climbed back into the van and one of them shut the side door.

As the van drove out of the lot Buffy,Angel,Willow,and Cordelia 
joined Faith over by the duffel bags.Cordelia pulled the kevlar 
longcoats out of one of the duffel bags and she passed them out to 
the others and then took the last one for herself.Faith took another 
look at the contents of one duffel bag and she said there are five 
shotguns in here and three of them are jackhammers but i dont know 
what the others are.Willow said there are some Heckler&Koch MP5's in 
this one.Angel said there is a sniping rifle and some glock 9mm 
pistols in this one.Faith opened a duffle bag she hadnt opened before 
and she saw that it was full of holsters of different types for 
different guns.Buffy said lets get this stuff into the car and go 
find out where our stuff is.Willow said we should arm ourselves with 
at least the pistols now and Angel said thats a good idea.They 
quickly put on the belt holsters and then they slid the glock 9mm 
pistols into the holsters.Angel said give me the clips to the guns i 
will load them as we head for where ever the people have our stuff.

Fifteen minutes later Willow told Buffy to pull over to the side of 
the road.Buffy did so and Cordelia,and Faith pulled up behind them.
Willow climbed off the motorcycle and she ran to Cordelia's car.
Willow knocked on the passenger window and Angel rolled it down.
Willow said give me the sniping rifle and one of the nightvision gas 
masks combos.Angel said why and Willow said because the building the 
swords and our other items are in is two buildings down and i want to 
check out the area before we go any closer.Angel gave Willow the 
sniping rifle,a nightvision gas mask combo,and several clips for the 
sniping rifle and glock 9mm.Willow was about to walk away from the 
car when Cordelia said hey dont go alone it isnt safe.Angel said 
she's right Willow and then he called out to Buffy and Faith.Faith 
and Buffy walked up and Angel said Willow is going to check out the 
area you two go with her.Angel gave them both clips loaded for the 
glock 9mm and Heckler&Koch MP5 and then handed them an Heckler&Koch 
MP5.Cordelia said hey dont forget these and she passed on two of the 
night vision gas mask combos.

Buffy,Willow,and Faith entered the building they were right next to 
and they started up the stairs since it didnt look like there was an 
elevator.Willow stopped once they reached the third floor and she 
said we need to check out the buildings nearby in case we were being 
watched.They exited the stairwell and made their way to the an office 
with several windows facing the street that the vechicles were 
on.They used the nightvision gas mask combos to scan the area but 
they didnt see anyone.After a minute Willow said ok lets head to the 
roof so we can check out the building our stuff is in as well as any 
buildings around it.

Twenty minutes later Willow and the others walked back out of the 
building.Willow gave the sniping rifle back to Angel and she said the 
building our stuff is in as well as the building around it is clear.
Faith said at least as far as we could tell that is.Angel said mount 
up we will drive past the building for another block and then make 
our way back on foot.Buffy,Faith,and Willow ran back to the 
motorcycles.Buffy and Faith placed the heckler&kock mp5's in the 
storage compartments and then the three of them climbed onto the 
motorcycles.

They parked their vechicles in an empty parking lot and then they 
gathered at the car.Angel said i doubt we will need to take out 
anyone from a distance so lets leave the sniping rifle in the 
car.They each put on a double shoulder holster for the Heckler&Koch 
MP5 and then slid two of them in place.Extra clips for the H&K mp5 
were put into the ammo compartments on the holsters and in one of the 
pockets of their longcoats.They put on holsters for the shotguns and 
then the two bullpups and three jackhammers were passed out.They 
loaded the shotguns and then put extra dragonfire rounds in the other 
pocket of the longcoat.They each took a nightvision gas mask combo 
and Faith asked everyone if they were ready.Angel said i am and 
Cordelia said so am i.Buffy said lets get this over with and Willow 
said yeah we have to hurry because we only have a couple more hours 
of night and we have to get Angel over to the police station before 
Detective Knight goes home.

Back at the motel Xena and Gabrielle were approaching the door to 
their motel room after having quite a bit of fun at a Kindred club.As 
Xena entered the motel room she stepped on the note that had been 
slid under the door.Xena stepped off of it and then she picked it 
up.Xena quickly read the note and then she cursed in greek.Gabrielle 
said Xena whats wrong.Xena said someone or some group broke into the 
motel rooms Willow and the others were in and took some of their 
stuff and they also left a note stating that they had until sundown 
tommorrow to get out of Toronto or they were dead.Gabrielle said i 
doubt Buffy and the others took kindly to that.Xena said i am sure 
they didnt.Gabrielle said what exactly was taken from their rooms or 
does it say.Xena said all of the guns,their kevlar longcoats,and 
Buffy and Willow's swords were taken.Gabrielle said oh shit i know 
they arent going to take this lying down.Xena said they didnt they 
left to get reequipped so they could get their items back.Gabrielle 
said why the hell didnt they wait for us we could have helped 
them.Xena said i guess they didnt know when we would be back and 
couldnt risk it.Gabrielle said we have to call Michelle and Lacroix 
and explain what happened so that they dont get in trouble with the 
community for whatever they do.Xena said I will call Lacroix you call 
Michelle.

Xena pulled out her cellular phone and she dialed the number for the 
Raven.When the bartender answered Xena told him she needed to speak 
to Lacroix immedietly.The bartender said Lacroix is presently on the 
radio and he cant come to the phone right now.Xena said there will be 
blood spilt tonight if i dont speak to him soon and it will be both 
human and nightwalker.The bartender said hold on and then he wrote 
down a message and had one of the waitresses take it up to the sound 
booth.

Gabrielle walked over to the motel's telephone and she dialed the 
number for Michelle's cellular phone number.Michelle answered the 
phone and she said hello.Gabrielle said Michelle its me and something 
has happened.Michelle said what has happened.Gabrielle said somebody 
or group broke into the motel rooms that Buffy and the others were 
staying in and took their weapons.Michelle said i will send word to 
the council of elders as well as other enforcers so they can 
investigate.Gabrielle said Michelle who ever did it also left a note 
telling them to get out of Toronto by dusk tommorrow or they were 
dead.Michelle became angry at this and she said i will have my team 
handle it even though i am presently tied up with another 
matter.Gabrielle said Michelle you dont understand they took Buffy 
and Willow's swords as well as the guns and Buffy and the others have 
gone to get their stuff back.Michelle said how can they find their 
items when they dont know who took them.Gabrielle said according to 
the note they left for me and Xena they can find the swords because 
of a tracer spell Willow put on them.Michelle said Gabrielle you and 
Xena have to try to find and stop them from doing anything i will 
have the enforcers in Toronto track down the guilty party and get the 
stuff back.Gabrielle said we will try but Buffy and the others have 
at least a two hour lead on us so they could be already confronting 
the ones who did it.
