I agree with Mad Hamlet... I really enjoyed the first three chapters. I 
think the story would be well served if you went back and did a rewrite on 
chapter four, this time bringing the relationship along more slowly, build 
it over a few months, or some such.

Either way I'm enjoying your writing :-)
