As far as I know, that's just a rumor. These proliferate in the summer
(remember last year, people were saying that the show was over and the
UPN move was just a hoax...).

Sarah told TV Guide Online that the subject of a Season 8 contract
hadn't come up yet, and she'd make a decision when the time came.
