Forrest died. First he was skewered by Adam, then he was brought back as a
pieced together demon-zombie, then he was blown into little charred bits by
Riley. If anybody wants to bring him back again, they're going to need a
mop. Graham went off to join the army's demon hunting unit, and was alive
and well the last time we saw him.
