Not slamming you in particular, 'yoshi; just a need to codify why I
write that thing so constantly. (The introductory paragraph was more an
intro to the reasons for the rant, necessary for when it's housed on my
[hypothetical] site, than a response to your post.) Apologies if
getting it into a general and generally-repostable form led to
confusion.

Oh, and re "Charmed", isn't it sad that Brad Kern's Mission Statement
for the year ("Let's show some more skin") sounds ten times more honest
(and ten times more likely to happen) than Joss's "back to the basics,
the joy of female power, etc."? I'll believe **that** when I see it.
