This is just my opinion as a nameless/faceless list member: I really don'tmind off-topic female slash fiction cluttering up my inbox.

Where I tend to get a little peeved is off-topic 'the big-man-Christ-figure-hero saves the poor little helpless slayer with her equally helpless Witchy side-kick-totally straight fiction.' I joined this list for only one reason: to read slash female fiction, preferably staring the Buffy and Willowrelationship, if I want to read Spuffy (and then gorge out my eyes), Xanya, or Riley then I'd go to one of their (hundreds) of lists.

I understand the fact that Rod wants to keep the few writers who love B/W within the community at all costs, otherwise we can become even more marginalized than we all ready are and/or seen by the general fan world. But it still harkens back to the fact that this is a female slash list, one of thefirst to be created and one of the best, yet still F/F slash...I wonder why anyone would even want to publish to their straight male heterosexual fiction on the list?

Also, since I've rejoined this list, after about 2 years away, I've gotten what seems like hundreds of OT posts. Almost of all of them have nothing to do with W/B or even faintly the show in general, which brings me to thisquestion: when did the list become a general chat list? That's fine and Idon't mean this as an insult to anyone or to the list itself, I'm just very confused about the content now. Did the list divide like the SamandJanetlist did, one for fiction and show discussion and one for general chat? If so what's the name of the fiction list?
