Me personally, if I loved someone as deeply as Willow and Tara loved
each other, it would take me a long time, to be with someone
romantically again. Yes, they weren't together for a long time since
they broke up, but that didn't mean that love wasn't there, neither
moved on, did they? No, Tara and WIllow did get back together.

Kennedy is a great girl, I like the character, BUT I don't think she
is Willow worthy. And from what I've read, they go into the
relationship fairly quickly, which again is like a slap in the face
with the beginnings of the Willow and Tara relationship, because they
just told us, and we finally got to see the two kiss in the Body for
the first time. Hell we saw too much X/A kissage and B/R and so on,
but they didn't show ANY kissage or such until the sixteenth episode
of the season and that was it.

I am a major Buffy/Willow shipper supporter, I love Tara's character,
despite her being dead, and you know what, they wanted her to play
evil, and now I am glad that Amber didn't come back, because that
would just feel like it was degrading the character of Willow and
throwing salt into an already healing, but still open wound. We all
saw how Willow reacted when the first took Cassie's form and made
Willow believe that Tara was there, and we saw how much love she
still has for Willow and how much she still misses her.

I just really wanted them to hook Willow and Buffy up together,
becuase those two do have a good chemistry, but they hardly utilize
them any more and it sucks. When it started out Buffy sought out
Willow and now it looks like the writesr want Buffy to care less
about the girl she sought out, and wanted as a friend. Now its just
sucking between them.

That is what I feel. CN you did make some great points, and I am not
trying to belittle your opinion in any way.

No belittling felt<G>. We just don't agree.

I don't think there's a 'set time' to mourn the loss of someone and Willow did have lots of time to think about EVERYTHING that happened after Tara's death. She didn't have to go to a job, to school or anything too heavy to deal with. Giles took her to England where it looked like she joined the coven and focused on her loss of Tara and to some extent the loss of her friends.

I think Tara was the love of Will's life. I'm not sure if she'll ever find someone like that again to be truthful. But that doesn't mean she shouldn't try and it doesn't mean she should still be in her room crying over Tara's picture. Since Tara was the love of her life I don't think Tara would want that either for Will. And if the situation were reversed I don't think that Will would feel that Tara should become a spinster because she's no longer on the earthly plane.

We do however agree that it was best that Benson not reprise the role of Tara just to play evil. On the other side though, I gotta admit, it would make for great angst and I do like angst. But like my last letter stated...Will's been through enough. Let Dawn or someone else have a little angst<G>. Will needs a break<VBG>
