as a male who has written a lot of f/f erotica i agree
and disagree with you. i agree that many stories
written by non lesbians just don't quite get it right.
the descriptions are all wrong, or even worse they are
some sort of ridiculous male fantasy of what being a
lesbian is. personally, when i write very steamy FF
scenes i try to have a friend go over it to make sure
it sounds ok. i wrote FF because its what i feel
comfy with. i feel better writing about females, even
though i am not one....it feels right and
easier...does that make sense?? and especially with
buffy, i find as i start my first ever fanfic series i
have not a lot of use for most of the M charactors on
the show, at least from an erotic standpoint. its
partially because i don't like them, and its partially
because i don't feel passionate about them. i do feel
passionate about willow, buffy, kennedy, violet, dawn,
olivia, anya etc...and not just in a sexual way, in
general....does that make sense???
