Hmm... yes, funny. I sort of tend to use triad. It makes more sense 
for me. Of course taking a triangle just as a picture then that would 
make more sense... And I don't make any sense anymore since it's much 
too late over here. :)

I just picked up triad through a couple of balanced threesome fics 
and it kind of stucks for me. Also I have it in the back of my head 
that a love triangle is simply when one party loves the two others or 
everyone is involved differently and not with each other. That's what 
I heard.
I suppose, it's a matter of preference. Or does anyone know if there 
is actually a real term for a balanced threesome?
