In
anticipation of some sort of debate over authors being MST’d, here are a few guidelines: The
person doing the MST must have the
authors permission to satirize their work publicly. Permission of such should be included in the disclaimer. If permission is not granted, the MST
cannot be posted to the lists. The
author must be made aware of the definition of MST if they are not familiar
with it. Feedback can be
posted to the list as well as directly to the author of the MST. CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. Please do not flame or lose your
temper. If you’re reading it and it’s been posted,
that means that the author gave permission for this to be done. Anyone can MST any fic. Just be sure to have the author’s
permission first. I now return you to
