The actual starting date of Aquarius varies with every book or chart you look at. Some books and charts say it's the 20th of January, and some say it's the 21st. That's why I've always described myself as a CapriQuarius to people who ask, because I don't actually know. Someone told me once that the "changeover" or whatever happens sometime in the morning of the 20th and so your sign if you are born on the 19th/20th depends on your time of birth. *shrugs* They could have been talking through their hat.
