Re: Half a Library is better than none (and more Links news)
I can add it to HoC. Let me know

When GeoCities started deactivating old sites, I was afraid
something like
this might happen. So I took the liberty of downloading the site
a few
weeks ago, and now I have an offline copy of SlayerHacker as it
was then,
fics, art, layout and all. Two pieces were down already,
the "Episode
shippiness" and "Quotes" sections, but the rest are intact.
As expected, the WayBack machine didn't crawl through a large
section of the
site, but I believe I have most of the missing pieces. However, I
don't
have the hosting power, nor could I get into contact with the
original
maintainers for permission to redistribute.
So if someone might be interested in restoring Slayer Hacker, I
can send the
files over. It weighs in at just under 12 megs, uncompressed, so
it won't
be too much of a bandwidth hog.
