yes, she made mistakes. But implying that she did anything even
in the
same ballpark as what Spike did on that bathroom floor is the
sort of
Spuffy crap I shouldn't have to waste time with on this list.

I don't mean to get into the debate cause then Id' have to defend
Kennedy and I so don't have the time but what does what you said mean?
I mean how do you find what Tara did being worse?
Ok, we don't have the same opinions and cultures and everything
that can go in the way of our thoughts but how is it worse?
You're talking about the lie? The only 'bad thing' Tara did?
So yes, big lie but then if you think about how she was living and
how she found this one girl that changed everything in her life to turn it into some kind of feary (I know what I'm talking about because this is what is happening to me at the moment so I'm not saying these overly huge and -syrupy- words by chance), just to explain that Hell I'd do anything to keep it. So the fact that she feared to tell the truth in order to give herself more time to find a way to fight this is not a life sin, it is so understanding, not that it is not a bad thing. Mostly the fact that she was trying to buy time as to not admit what she supposedly was while being in her - soulmate- kind of relationship. Lying to Willow is a huge fault yes, but the situation at this moment and the background of all this has nothing to compare with what Willow did in season 6. Tara kept her secret because it was the begining of their relationship and like I'm sure all of you have experienced already, she found it harder and harder to admit it with the time passing and their love growing, by fear of losing this, didn't mean she loved Willow any less.

I can't imagine that someone would use Tara's lie as an excuse. That was so understandible. The only 'bad' think I can imagine what Tara did is that she 'might' have been more supportive and understanding for Willow's addiction in S6, especially in light of this lie. She was somewhat judgemental, in an very mild way. But, that's a big might.
