It's Challenge Time

Hey Everybody,

It's time for me to make a challenge and I'm in the mood for a surprise party.  I want Buffy to throw a surprise birthday party for Willow.  Not just a birthday party, though, I want it to be their coming-out party too.  Unbeknownst to Willow, Buffy is going to out them to the gang during the party.  Whether Willow's been pushing for a coming-out and Buffy's been resistant or Willow's been against it and Buffy's decided to force the issue or they've both been too scared to yet is up to you.


Timeline:
Any season.


Requirements:
Now, my requirements span all the seasons.  I'm aware that some of them are temporally incompatible.  Whichever ones fit your chosen time period are required.

Giles saying, "This is highly irregular."

Xander saying, "Don't forget to take pictures."

Spike NOT saying, "Bloody hell," nor using the word, "Bint."  There is more to British slang; use it.

Joyce trying desperately not to repeat something she already said when Buffy came out as the slayer.

A bitter and drunken Kennedy unsuccessfully hitting on every other female present.

Angel and/or Riley there thinking their invitation to the party is a pretext for a reconciliation.

Oz saying, "Actually, this explains a lot."

Cordelia saying, "I hope you have more success giving her a sense of fashion than I've had with Xander."

Dawn saying, "Please, I've been expecting this for years."

Xander OR Giles can be expecting the coming-out but the other MUST be completely blindsided.  Both can be surprised if you prefer.

Willow saying, "It's everything I've ever dreamed of."

Buffy saying, "I've always wanted to say that."


Suggestions:
Buffy or Willow absolutely hates the cake but eats it anyway when fed by the other.

Clem brings a human-inappropriate gift.

The girls looking for a private place because they don't want to make out with an audience.  Keep the public smoochies brief.

Willow saying something completely innocent that everyone other than Buffy misunderstands.

Buffy saying something suggestive that everyone other than Willow completely understands.

Anya saying something shockingly outrageous that makes Willow and Buffy look at each other and blush.

Willow stopping Buffy from hitting Xander, only to hit him herself.

Buffy referring to one of her own prior birthday parties as a "Vampalooza."

They met again and quickly the kiss grew steamier.  Willow's hands began to roam across Buffy's back as Buffy entwined her fingers in Willow's hair.  Time stretched as the embrace grew more passionate.  The girls broke the kiss but didn't separate, just leaned their foreheads together and panted.

"Wow. That was..." Buffy took a deep breath.  "You sure you never?"

"Uh uh. I was just following your lead."
