I kinda like "Dead Man's Party" (season 3) for the Buffy/Willow scenes 
or rather Buffy trying to reconnect with Willow and failing. Then 
there's the confrontation and reconciliation at the end of the episode.

I tend to see most of season 3 as a love triangle between F/B/W with 
Oz/Angel/Xander/Cordy in the periphery. Bad Girls/Consequences are 
episodes I like (Willow's reaction when Buffy skips the planned evening 
with her and goes with Faith to dust some vamps)... There's also Willow 
running to Buffy after Faith kisses her on the forehead at the end of 
"Enemies".

You also have to watch "Choices". It's a strong episode for B/W. At the 
end of the episode Willow has won : she got Buffy back and Faith is out 
of the picture.
