It takes five more years and the death of Tara for Willow to attack Buffy.  I think she's way safer than Angel "Let's use Acathla to dump the world into hell" Angelus.  Everyone else, Faith included, tried to kill her during the season they met her.  Willow waited.

My main Wiffy plot bunny at the moment was inspired
by a discussion here a few weeks ago, where we were discussing someone
waving a magic wand and making Willow realize she was kind of gay at
the begining of the series.  Of course, the plot bunny would have
someone literally doing that.  :)
