OT Buffy Gay?

This isn't a spoiler so don't get your panties in a bunch, y'all. 
This has to do with the fact that someone actually made the 
correalation between being the slayer and being gay.
Both were technically in the closet and had to hide what they were.
Had a small group of friends that understood.
When mom found out, she freaked, like most gay kids parents would do 
and threatened to kick her out. Then explaining later that she 
didn't ahve time to get adjusted to the new information, but still 
loved her daughter.
But that was mainly seasons 1-3. The last three weren't really 
pushing for Buffy to hide as much, teaming up with the Initiative 
and such. And besides there was now a major and minor gay couple, 
which was hinted at during season three. "That's me as a vampire, 
I'm so evil, and skanky, and I think I'm kinda gay," Willow. 
Classic line, especially the scene right before when Willow shots 
vamp Willow and the last thing VW mutters is bitch.
